Officer Retreat

Our officer retreat this year was a lot of fun. We planned out the year, wrote our personal mission statements, made 30 second DECA elevator speeches, determined our personality color code, played Guesstures, and took officer photos. I think the officer retreat is a valuable experience for new officers. It helps the team bond and gives us a chance to plan out the next year in a neutral setting.
